Did You Know?
Degree Programs
We teach the disciplines of computing, electronics, mathematics and physics. As a student at Macquarie University, you can choose to do a degree program specialising in these disciplines, or to incorporate subjects from these disciplines into a broader degree program such as a Bachelor of Arts or Science.
Honours Programs
An honours program gives you the freedom to explore a research topic outside of the constraints of a normal unit of study. As an honours graduate you stand out, not only having achieved academic excellence, but also demonstrating the organisational skills and commitment necessary to take a research project through to successful completion. All attributes of interest to employers! And you never know, you may find your research area so interesting, you continue onto a postgraduate research program.
