Determining the category of appointment and appropriate on-costs

What type of appointment is appropriate?

  • Use this table to determine whether the appointment will be a fixed term or casual appointment.
  • This table will tell you what on-cost rates to apply to the appointment.
    • NOTE: For ARC applications, always use 28% on-costs.
