Title:  Papers at ACL/COLING 2004 on SentenceAlignment for Paraphrase Research
 
Abstract:
In this presentation, I'll present my impressions of ACL and COLING 2004.  At these conferences, there were a number of papers on performing Sentence Alignment for conducting research on automatic paraphrase generation.  I'll give an overview of these papers as a prelude to describing my current work in progress which aims to measure the degree of paraphrase(more accurately, information fusion) ability required for generating summaries of UN documents.
