Anthony M. Sloane is a Associate Professor in the Department of Computing at Macquarie University, Sydney, NSW, Australia. His research interests are in compiler generation, programming language implementation, programming environments and tools. Much of his work is based on the Eli language processor generation system. Dr. Sloane received his B.Sc.(Hons)(1984) in Computer Science from the Australian National University and his M.S.(1991) and Ph.D.(1993) in Computer Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Prior to joining Macquarie University in February 1998, he worked as a lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at James Cook University in Townsville, QLD, Australia. He is a member of the ACM, and IEEE Computer Society. |
